The following information is needed when you make reservation:

• Day of arrival and number of nights
• Room type and amount of guests
• Single room
• Twin room
• Twin room with extra bed
• Suite
• Number of guests (adults and children separately)
• Contact information
• Primary guest's last and first name
• Name of reservation maker (if different from guest)
• Company name (if needed)
• phone number
• email address
• last and first names of other guests
• Additional requirements
• Smoking / non-smoking room
• Other requirements
• Time of arrival
• Persons outside Finland Credit card guarantee needed
• Payment information
• Cash
• Credit card

Cancellation must be made at the same way the original reservation. Reservations by phone and online system will be confirmed immediately, email and reservation form reservations will be confirmed as soon as possible, 24 hours from receiving at the latest.
